I enjoyed spending time with some very special seniors this afternoon. When I’m out and about at events or knocking doors, I’m asked what I’ll do to help our seniors.
It’s simple: protect programs that help our seniors such as Medicare and social security with impactful, bipartisan solutions. As a CT Senator, I had a 97% bipartisan voting record. I’m excited to continue working across the aisle to deliver common sense solutions to protect these programs.

Parents should know that Hayes is a shill for the teachers' unions that are standing in the way of charter schools and school choice that the chief escape routes for those in failing government schools, particularly Black and Hispanic kids in CT who suffer one of the country's largest racial achievement gaps. Dr. Armand Fusco, former Branford school superintendent, has exposed this in his latest book, "The National Proficiency Pandemic," that will be soon be available for free on the Greater Education Council of CT web site (GreaterEducationCouncilofCT.org). This is a local, state, and national scandal of monumental importance.
